Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within Australia takes 5-10 business days after your order is dispatched. Express shipping takes 2-4 business days. Orders are typically printed and shipped within 5-7 business days of order confirmation.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Shopify Payments and PayPal. We also offer Afterpay and Klarna for eligible customers.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective. Please see our full Return and Refund Policy for details.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to Australian addresses. International shipping may be available in the future.

Can I use a custom size or get a personalized design?
We primarily offer standard sizes XL-7XL. For custom sizing or personalised designs, please contact us at brendinobeare80@gmail.com to discuss options.

Are your designs original?
Yes! All our designs are created by our team and feature original artwork. Some designs incorporate parody and satire of pop culture references. All designs are created with or using AI tools in collaboration with our creative team.

What's the quality like?
Our apparel is printed by The Print Bar, a trusted Australian print-on-demand provider. All items are printed on quality cotton basics and come with our quality guarantee.
