  • Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Chubby Bear Couture.

  • You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent/guardian, to place an order.

  • You’re responsible for keeping your account details and passwords secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • We do our best to accurately display colours, sizing and designs, but actual colours may vary between screens and printed garments.

  • All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Pricing, taxes & currency

  • All prices are shown in AUD (Australian dollars).

  • Any applicable taxes, fees or shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Orders & acceptance

  • When you place an order, you’re offering to purchase products in accordance with these Terms.

  • If we cancel an order after payment, we’ll refund you in full to your original payment method.

  • All designs, logos, graphics, product names, text and images on this site are owned by or licensed to Chubby Bear Couture.

  • You must not reproduce, distribute or use our content or designs without our prior written permission, other than for personal, non‑commercial use of the site.

10. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use our site or products to:

  • Harass, abuse or harm others.

  • Spread hate, discrimination or violence against any person or community.

  • Upload or transmit malicious code or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the site.

11. Limitation of liability
