We print your order just for you, then ship it from Australia. This policy explains how long that takes, how much it costs, and what happens if there are delays.
Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only.

Orders placed with international addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
Processing & production times
Because we use print‑on‑demand, each item is made to order. Typical timeframes:

We’ll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been printed and handed to the carrier.
Shipping methods & estimated delivery times
From our Aussie print partner to you:

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions or thresholds, which will be clearly displayed on the site.
Tracking your order

Most orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking to start updating.
Incorrect address / delivery issues

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.

If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address and the parcel is returned to us, we may charge an additional shipping fee to resend it.

If a parcel is delivered to the address provided but can’t be recovered (for example, delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect entry), we’re usually unable to refund or replace the order.
Delays outside our control

Once the carrier has your parcel, delays caused by weather, public holidays, or network issues are outside our control.

We’ll do our best to support you and liaise with the carrier, but we can’t guarantee delivery dates or be responsible for consequential loss from delays.
Lost or missing parcels

If your parcel seems lost, please contact us at hellocobber@chubbybearcouture.com.au with your order number and tracking info.

We may lodge an investigation with the carrier. If it’s confirmed lost, we’ll discuss replacement or store credit options with you.
Pre‑orders and special drops

Any pre‑order or limited release will have its own timing noted on the product page.

If your order contains both in‑stock and pre‑order items, we may ship everything together once all items are ready.
